This pull request introduces the ability to read in summary data from GWAS-VCF files directly e.g. see https://genomebiology.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s13059-020-02248-0
There is a large repository of GWAS summary data available from https://gwas.mrcieu.ac.uk/ in GWAS-VCF format so it would be convenient to have this option.
