I'm working with GWAS summary statistics where the SNP column is called "variant_id", so added that to the dictionary.

hmm this is actually not ideal, because I just encountered another sum stats file that has both variant_id and rs_id as columns, and in this case variant_id is not the one we want. Not sure if you guys want to account for all of this in the script. |
