2.9.1: EGS beta update

Keep in mind this is beta version of 3.0 overhaul.

Added ability to choose file path and .exe path manually. Now should work for those who use EGS.

UHD update

It works pretty bad, but it's at least something. Didn't test Pre-Sequel, but it should work too

Compiled with proper links. Keep in mind that it doesn't work for a new versions of the game (above 1.8.3)

1. Renamed project from Borderlands2Patcher to BorderlandsPatcher
2. Added Pre-Sequel support
3. Deleted version checker
4. Deleted beta version with git support
5. Changelog link was changed to BLCM github link
   Didn't tested old stuff much, but I'm sure I didn't broke anything. Enjoy!
