- Added a safeguard to not execute it from a wrong directory - Made MAX_WRAPPERS a parameter

As referenced in #118 this PR introduces some documentation for the
genstubs-kmpc-11.shscript.I also added a small safeguard check to prevent execution from a wrong directory.
