Feat/project llm validity

Adds the "LLM Validity via Enhanced Conformal Prediction" project (a discussion paper of Cherian et al.), suggests an improvement to the project page UI to support distinct images for the project card and detail view, and updates the author's profile picture.

I verified locally with bundle exec jekyll serve, confirmed the project card displays the correct cover image, confirmed the detail page displays the cropped header image and verified all links (PDF & GitHub) work correctly.

Please double check my changes and let me know:

• whether everything is fine with the project page itself and its contents;
• whether the current solution for the project picture is the best, or if you can suggest anything better.

The content and the image are good for me.

I capitalized the title for consistency, changed the button position and the formatting of the notes at the end. If for you @davide-beltrame it's okay , we are good to go.
