This project has the Following Features:

1.It takes in query from the user complain portal

2.If the query is present in the knowledge base then it sends the answer to the query back

3.If it is not present in the knowledge base then it sends the name of the team assigned and the number of days

4.It also supports any type of language

5.XgBoost based regression technique has been used for finding the number of days

6.NLP based technique used to assign complain and service tokens to users querying the portal
