## Summary
- Adds a new seeded article ("A Love Story From Abroad") to
`web/src/demo/demo-data.json`.
- Cherry-pick of the equivalent PR targeting `main` (#106), so develop
stays in sync.
## Test plan
- [ ] Merge once #106 is merged so the two branches stay in sync.
