Code Review

This pull request introduces a new 'Events' page for the SFN 2025 meeting, adds a corresponding announcement, and updates the site navigation. The changes are generally good, but I have identified a couple of areas for improvement regarding placeholder content and formatting. My review includes suggestions to address these points.

New hires, publications, awards, conferences, etc.

This announcement contains several placeholder values that need to be updated. The link for 'More details' is a placeholder, and since a new events page is being created in this PR, it should point to /events/. The booth number and symposium date/time are also placeholders.

### U24: BARD.CC - AI Resource and Data Coordinating Center
### U24: DCAIC - AI Resource and Data Coordinating Center

Still known as DCAIC internally to all BBQS documents I've seen

Also bard.cc appears to be a domain available for a mere $1,000?
