What changed
Refreshed the README screenshot suite, added a new status dashboard hero image, added a Backup and Recovery figure, and replaced the stale social preview image.
Updated README claims to reflect current repo evidence: canonical SHA-256 export checksums, applyImport pre-transaction checksum re-verification, runtime-only SBOM attestation posture, expanded coverage gate details, and updated accessibility and reliability language.
Updated Open Graph and Twitter image alt text in index.html to match the new status dashboard social preview.
Removed duplicate target-operator copy and renumbered figures.
