This PR addresses issue #25 by providing comprehensive documentation for the BOS API endpoints.

JWTauthentication flow (Obtain/Refresh tokens).Detailed endpoints for core resources: Patients, Patient Visits, and Health Records.
Included request/response JSON examples for common actions.
Added system endpoints
