Processing and Analysis of Biological Data

Collection of works from the course BIOS15. This course focused on analyzing different types of biological data using statistics and visualizing said analyses using RStudio.

Modeling larval development time using a linear model.

2. Report 02

Modeling butterfly count (abundance) data using a negative binomial GLM.

3. Midterm

Modeling Eucalyptus seedling count (abundance) using a manual hurdle model and negative binomial.

4. Final Exam

Modeling plant reproductive fitness using a linear model on log-transformed data.
