This code parses the RADx global code book data dictionary and generates an OWL ontology that describes and classifies the RADx Tier 1 Data Elements.
Run the main method in the class edu.stanford.bmir.radx.radxdict2ont.RadxDict2ontApplication, passing a single argument that is a URL pointing to the RADx global code book data dictionary.
