Make kubb (anticapture-client) and graphql-codegen (graphql-client) pull their schemas from the running gateways instead of checked-in files. In Vercel preview builds the URL targets the per-PR Railway deployment; otherwise it uses NEXT_PUBLIC_GATEFUL_URL / NEXT_PUBLIC_BASE_URL. dev.sh now exports both before the client codegens start.
