Fix missing use-mobile hook and Turbopack build errors

This PR fixes the missing `@/hooks/use-mobile` module error by creating the hook file and integrating it into the 7 affected files. It also resolves several other build errors discovered during the Turbopack build verification process, including incorrect function names, syntax errors, and TypeScript type mismatches in components and the Zustand store.
