Arabidopsis thaliana protein interaction network (stand alone version) This version of AtPIN is a stand alone implementation of the web based atpin (http://atpin.bioinfoguy.net/) with many improvements. This version is been produced by LABIS (https://www.bioinoguy.net/labis) and COTUCA (http://cotuca.unicamp.br/), the first beta version migth be available by the end of the first semester of 2017. I hope so ;)
