@Remi-Gau it should be ready for review, some fixes so that the docker image builds and the CI deploys only for tags where it should have the necessary secret. |

Update neurodocker version to latest tag rather than commit.
Ran the
generate_freesurfer_images.shscript.Let see if it builds in CI!
