Pull request to update the icons in the "End-to-End Traceability" section of the whitepaper.
Currently, ChevronRight is used between vertical steps (Budget → Procurement → Infrastructure), which is visually inconsistent with the vertical layout. Changing these to ChevronDown provides a clearer visual guide for the user following the flow.
