This makes the shell environment automatically switch to the correct version, provided someone is using asdf (or any of the equivalents)
Otherwise VSCode reports `String does not match the pattern of "^(?:(?:@(?:[a-z0-9-*~][a-z0-9-*._~]*)?/[a-z0-9-._~])|[a-z0-9-~])[a-z0-9-._~]*$"`.

This switches to Node 20, updates most dependencies to their latest version, and moves the obfuscator config to its own file.
Also included is the script I wrote to rewrite a branch into a version that doesn't have the two hidden files in it.
This only touches tooling and it still compiles.
