Initial Public Release

This version covers a lot of what I wanted to do in the first release. It handles a lot of filtering, domain verification, array cleaning, etc. Eventually I want to expand test coverage to use as an example repository. But ultimately, the project is pretty simple as it doesn't even use a database at this point.
