Allow passing gcloud ADC JSON content directly via the GCP_ADC_JSON env var instead of requiring a file path through GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS. GCP_ADC_JSON is preferred when set, with fallback to the file path for backwards compatibility. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
