这次修复主要动了 JSON 存储这一块，顺带补了回归测试。现在写文件改成了原子写入，写之前和写完之后都会做备份；如果 JSON 文件损坏，会自动从最新备份恢复，不会再把坏文件悄悄当成空列表处理。
