A Chrome extension that won't let X ruin your life.
- Timed sessions — Before accessing X, you declare how long you'll stay (2–120 minutes). When time's up, your tabs close automatically.
- Priority reminders — Set up to 5 personal priorities that display every time you try to visit X, giving you a moment to resist the impulse.
- Post-as-handle display — The "Post" button shows which account you're posting as, preventing accidental identity mishaps.
- Usage tracking — A daily chart shows your time on X over time, with a mean-duration reference line.
- Data management — Download your session history as CSV or delete old data to keep storage lean.
When you navigate to x.com, XCoach intercepts the page and shows an intervention screen. You see your priorities, today's usage, and must commit to a session length before proceeding. A warning banner appears one minute before your session ends, with an option to snooze.
