Sets up a GitHub Actions workflow to automate the deployment process to Firebase. This includes: - Checking out the code - Setting up Node.js with caching for npm dependencies in both client and functions directories - Installing and building the client application - Installing and building the Firebase functions - Deploying the application to Firebase using the provided token and project ID.
