Adds first-class .adoc/.asciidoc support everywhere Markdown is accepted today:
plannotator annotate file.adoc, the folder file browser, and linked-doc overlays, across all three runtimes (Claude Code hook, Pi, OpenCode).We use Plannotatore extensively to review our documentation, which is written in AsciiDoc. This PR allows us to review it directly, without first converting it to Markdown (and back) just for the review process.
