Summary

Removes low-friction public release warnings and completes package metadata.

• Adds repository, readme, keywords, categories, homepage to Cargo.toml
• Adds CI job pinned to MSRV 1.85.0 alongside stable
• Adds .cursor/ to .git/info/exclude (machine-local, not shared .gitignore)
• cargo package --locked --offline passes without metadata warnings
