Added COMPSS+Hecuba integration for SOD2D environment, including task definitions and MPI configurations.
Adjust step type assignment and add error handling for initialization.

Hey Cristian, thanks for the contribution. Currently this PR removes some of the existing working methods. Instead, it would be more desirable to add the COMPs and Hecuba support as optional features for the user. Some other researchers are currently using the existing method with SmartSim which works well, so they should not be forced to change. |
