• replace stale dependabot PR chore(deps): bump fast-uri from 3.1.0 to 3.1.2 in /web #560 with a clean branch based on latest main
• bump transitive fast-uri from 3.1.0 to 3.1.2 in web/pnpm-lock.yaml
• keep the diff limited to the lockfile entries needed by ajv

Notes

The original dependabot PR #560 had stale failed Frontend/Playwright checks from 2026-05-15 and its branch was behind current main. This replacement avoids carrying unrelated lockfile/importer drift from the old branch.
