Description

Ticket: CP-12967

• Token details pages doesn’t scroll the header like portfolio when there is an empty state + added refresh control
• Search input, make the background semi transparent (blur with background) instead of opaque
• Moved BlurViewWithFallback to k2-alpine (was needed for SearchBar component)
• Empty states on lists need a touch up on their height (the placeholder not centered). Android behaves well, iOS doesn't

Token details

1. Open token details and filter it by NFT. Try scrolling. Whole screen should scroll
2. Open token details for X/P token. You can swipe left and right, same logic as the above try it when you have 0 items in the transactions list or just a few
3. Verify it screen reacts the same way as portfolio (previously the flashlist didn't scroll if it was empty or if it had just a few items)

SearchBar

1. Open Account Settings > Networks, scroll a little and check if Text input has blur instead of opaque background color
