Description
This should close some security gaps. It involved a bunch of refactoring because
vsceis designed to work withnpmandyarnbut does not officially supportpnpm. It should be possible because the yeoman template for VS Code Extensions will set up a project for you that usespnpm, but there was a lot of fiddling.Changes
