Demonstrates the new passkey component in the example apps.
What
Added a /passkeys route, page, and sidebar link (with KeyRound icon) to react-spa-npm and next-rwa. Added "passkeys" i18n key in both English/Japanese locales for the SPA and the Next.js i18n provider.
