The S-Allegro benchmark includes an elbow component that must be modelled. This PR implements this by creating two elbow geometry objects and using the
FormLossFromFunction1Phasecomponent to add the minor loss per unit length. This PR does not implement heat transfer between the coaxial pipes or the ambient at this stage.Progress
