- addded XSLT Polyfill library from https://github.com/mfreed7/xslt_polyfill/blob/c4436676d7ee04d467a2d68fc91fb032f036339b/xslt-polyfill.min.js - will only be loaded if native lib is absent or if the forcePolyfill option is set in settings - won't be loaded if not on a feed page - see #97 - added debug logs option - minor parsing fixes
