chore: sync published 0.11.10 package versions

Summary

• sync root and workspace package versions to the manually published 0.11.10 release
• update internal @atxp/* dependency pins to 0.11.10 so the repo matches npm
• refresh lockfiles to remove stale nested package resolutions

Validation

• npm run build
• npm test -w packages/atxp-express
• npm test -w packages/atxp-x402
• per-workspace test loop: @atxp/base and @atxp/client passed; the full npm workspace runner was noisy while local installs were being refreshed, then the isolated failing client package passed cleanly

Note: npm registry was already verified to show 0.11.10 for all @atxp packages before this cleanup PR.
