Cache the data provider config in local storage.
When we load the page, load immediately the cache, then call the plugins in the background.
Must be tested more, especially when data changes or user is logged out.
An alternative could be to have one cache per plugin, but the current functioning of plugins (that transform the config) make this difficult.
