  • Updated @types/node to v16
    • Updated types in utils/EamuseIO.ts to match new version
  • Updated tsconfig.json to target Node.js 16 (based on @tsconfig/node16)
  • Added minimum Node.js version to package.json
  • Added openssl-legacy-provider flag to build-linux.sh to bring it in line with build-arm-pre.sh

Tested build built by running build-linux.sh on Arch Linux.
