I'd suggest to add this https://github.com/artipie/npm-adapter/issues/344 to the roadmap as this issue affects proper npm client - artipie npm registry communication. Also, does the task to extend authentication methods includes the task to rebuild permissions system?

Yes.

@dgarus as we discussed, it's not a 30min task, 30min is just a template for pdd bot. It's a new feature for npm-adapter, we'll need about a week to develop it.
