Add a script to predict, given a floor plan image.

Fix webroot in drn.py, to be able to download drn pretrained model correctly.

one q - I am still trying to get a 3d model out of it, do you know how? predict.py here seems to generate recurstructed floorplan, but not 3d, unless I am missing something
