Change identifier prefix from 'urn:air' to 'urn:ai'

The official spec is urn:ai: for the namespace. The examples here often use urn:air:

Or at least, I assume it is urn:ai from https://agenticresourcediscovery.org/how_to_publish/

and that the hugging face discovery plugin errors out when I use air instead of `ai

Actually the spec was recently changed from urn:ai to urn:air because the official urn requires two more characters. Please see the commit here: 8fff974 (This also aligns with the ai-catalog PR here: Agent-Card/ai-catalog#36)

@evalstate can you also take a look and update on hugging face discovery plugin? Also FYI, @rvguha.
