Update version bump from patch (0.8.2) to minor (0.9.0) to correctly reflect the feat commits since the last release. https://claude.ai/code/session_015LUCoMgdVVtmsR7nkgSNNi
The simple-release-action's ifSetOptionsComment() checks that the PR author is github-actions[bot]. Using the GitHub App token caused the PR to be authored by the app's bot user instead, silently ignoring !simple-release/set-options comments. Switch the pull-request job to GITHUB_TOKEN so the PR is authored by github-actions[bot]. The check and release jobs keep the app token since they need to trigger downstream workflows on merge. https://claude.ai/code/session_015LUCoMgdVVtmsR7nkgSNNi
