Cases for many SBC's and official AqualinkD RS485 hat.
In this repository you will fine all files to print you own case, and original Fusion 360 design file so you can modify as you see fit.

Print Settings
- Filament recommendation PETG, ASA, ABS.
- Print 100% infill.
- No need for supports, just slow down head for overhangs.
Within the file(s)
- The
.f3dfile can be opened in Fusion 360 and modified as you see fit. - The
.3mffile can be opened in OrcaSlicer / Bambu Studio or equivalent, and has appropriate print settings. - If you want
stlfiles for a different slicer, then use of of the above files in appropriate software and export the stl's you want.- At this time we do not create a separate
stlfor every case option, you need to do that yourself.

- Multiple versions of the cases.
- V2 Cases are for Pi-Hat V2.0
- V3.x Cases are for Pi-Hat V2.1
- 2 variations of each case top.
- one designed to self tap/thread standoffs posts (Simply use a metal standoff to tap the thread)
- one for heat-set inserts (see parts needed)
- Radxa non antenna has 2 options
- With accessory & CF cutouts
- Without cutouts (use this if using internal eMMC)
Other Parts needed.
- 4x M2.5*11+5mm Standoffs
- or 4x M2.5*10+5mm Standoffs and 4x M2.5x1mm washers
- 4x M2.5 Countersunk screws.
- 4x M2.5 Heat-set inserts. (These are optional, depending on the case lid you print)
If using Radxa Zero W then external Antenna is optional.
- U.FL to SMA Female Pigtail
- SMA Male antenna
