**IMPORTANT for MacOS users

MacOS users, open a Terminal and run:
xattr -cr /Applications/mkdedit.app
otherwise the Finder will complain the file is damaged.

Usability improvements:

• Added the Source|Split|Rendered view toggles.
• Default to split for a new document
• Default to view-only (rendered) when a markdown file path is provided.
• Fixed "Open With..." on Mac machines.
