- Update SDK
- remove blackberry, mobileweb
- fix some code:
- don't add labels to a TextField (icon in TextField)
- paddingLeft/right -> padding: {left, right}
- moved the fonts to the normal asset folder (bug? widget fonts didn't load for me!)
- update to gitignore to ignore some files e.g. the resources folder
