Description

Save participants table page length to localstorage to persist the setting across page loads.

Why?

Requested by users.

Fixes #1486

Testing

What type of test did you run?

  • Accessibility test using the WAVE extension.
  • Django unit tests.
  • Selenium tests.
  • Other test. (Add a description below)
  • Manual testing.

Tested loading the page with an empty page length setting in localstorage, and changing the settings & reloading.
