What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Completes the OpenAPI specification in recon-api.yaml for the StorageDistributionEndpoint and PendingDeletionEndpoint. Adds the missing /storageDistribution/download endpoint definition, fixes the /pendingDeletion response schema (replacing incorrect FileSizeUtilization refs with accurate per-component schemas), and introduces 9 new component schemas (StorageCapacityDistributionResponse, GlobalStorageReport, GlobalNamespaceReport, UsedSpaceBreakDown, OpenKeyBytesInfo, DataNodeMetricsServiceResponse, DatanodePendingDeletionMetrics, ScmPendingDeletion, OmPendingDeletion) derived directly from the Java source types. Also registers Storage Distribution and Pending Deletion tags in the spec.
