fix: replace deprecated StringUtils.contains calls in ArchetypeSelectorUtils

This PR updates ArchetypeSelectorUtils to use String.contains(...) instead of deprecated StringUtils.contains methods. This removes warnings, reduces dependency usage, and simplifies the filter-parsing logic. No functional changes.
