Add a new section documenting the lookup.insert-if-not-exists feature in lookups.md, with a complete end-to-end example showing how to automatically build dictionary tables using auto-increment columns during Flink Lookup Join. Also add a cross-reference from the Auto-Increment Column section in pk-table.md.
