Created DateUtilsTest.java to provide coverage for legacy date parsing and formatting logic.
Added test cases for standard string-to-date parsing (yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss).
Verified object-to-date casting (handling Long timestamps and Calendar objects).
Confirmed GMT/UTC formatting remains consistent.
