- Switch maven groupId to org.apache.artemis - Add relocation poms for most modules to keep old org.apache.activemq groupId usages working and alert users to switch. - Bumps version to 2.50.0-SNAPSHOT to give us a nicer and more easily identifiable switchover version for later reference. Tweaks docs as appropriate / ARTEMIS-5807

As @tabish121 also reviewed the nearly-identical draft (only the deploy instructions changed, plus removed Actions job repo config adjustment testing hack) I am going to proceed and merge this and apache/artemis-examples#20, adjustments can be made later if needed. |

org.apache.artemisorg.apache.activemqgroupId GAV usages working and alert users to switch.Tweaks docs as appropriate.
The CI will fail on this run at the examples since the matching changes in the examples repo (apache/artemis-examples#20) havent been merged yet. However I have run these changes against the examples changes via a manual CI execution (which lets you specify the examples repo + branch to use) in my fork already, which passed and can be viewed here.
The combination also passed a run of the full test suite as well.
