conda2wheel converts conda format packages to wheel format packages.
use pip to install conda2wheel.
$ pip install conda2wheel
$ conda2wheel win-32-scipy-0.18.0-np111py35_0.tar.bz2
--wheel-dirto specify location for output wheel files.
