fix: relocate per-host install guides to docs/hosts#129

- Move the Cursor/Codex/Kiro/OpenCode install guides into docs/hosts/ (new tracked home) and add docs/hosts/README.md. - .gitignore: stop ignoring all of docs/; ignore only docs/superpowers/ and docs/plans/ so the host guides are tracked. - README: repoint the per-host install links from public-docs/hosts/ to docs/hosts/, and refresh the blog-post link to the current article. - public-docs/README.md: tombstone noting the content moved to docs/ and will be removed once blog-post references are updated.
